Welcome to e³ coaching

  • We provide coaching, consulting, training, evaluation, and educational services in healthcare, human services, juvenile justice, community organizations, and education settings- including p-12, higher education, and out of school time programs.

  • Our work is culturally sustaining, trauma informed, humanizing, strengths based, restorative, healing centered, and oriented towards inclusivity, diversity, and justice.

  • We organize our work around three central activity arenas:

equity:

in our equity work, we provide training on implicit bias, power & privilege, culture & diversity, equity & justice- we help your organization develop shared understandings of both individual and collective experiences and responsibilities that move us towards creating equitable and just systems

excellence:

in this arena, we provide leadership coaching and support, evaluation and equity audits, strategic planning processes and implementation, to ensure you are living up to your mission and vision

education:

we work with young people, providing competency restoration, developmental SEL skills, leadership, and conflict resolution. We work with adults, providing training around leadership, coaching, team building, communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. We customize and develop curriculum for use with both young people and adults. We also use a training of trainers model, that allows your team to develop skills to turnkey trainings, and maintain the work.

About Us?

  • Who is e³? We are a team of educators, social workers, psychologists, and leaders with backgrounds in healthcare, education, human services, juvenile justice, and public health.
  • Why e³? Because all organizations who work with people require an equity mindset. If you are working with communities? It’s equity work. If you are working in schools, with curriculum, climate, behavior? It’s equity work. If you are working in juvenile justice or human services or healthcare? It’s equity work. We need an equity focus in our work with hiring, budgeting, scheduling, training, and leadership.
  • What we do? We work in partnerships with leaders and organizations to build their capacity to use an equity framework in all the work of the organization. To do this, we develop content, coach leaders, train teams, develop plans, and evaluate outcomes.

Our Foundation

e3 centers equity through a critical consciousness framework. Self-awareness is important for being able to respond to the world around us. This is why e3 regularly affords members the opportunity to critically reflect, think, and engage as you grow in capacity, engagement, strategy, and sustainability.
We support you to:

  • Reflect and understand who you are and how you came to know who you are
  • Deepen your understanding regarding topics of equity
  • Learn and experience approaches for understanding, raising, and addressing issues of equity
  • Develop tools and frameworks to plan, implement, and improve practices
